In Your Bin October 28th: Final Summer CSA Delivery!
Twenty weeks of fresh produce and notes from Willo’Wind are now coming to a close! Thank you for your support through the season and we hope that you have enjoyed being part of the Summer CSA. Please be sure to leave out your bin for final pick up so that we can collect all the bins, bring them home to the farm and get them ready for the Winter CSA. The first delivery for the Winter CSA will be: Tuesday November 4th.
Be sure to sign up for the season by the end of the week or send us an email and we can sign you up here at the office, to enjoy the fall harvest.
Something new to end the season: Chrysanthemum! Traditionally used in Hot Pot cuisine, it can also be used in salad, soups and stir frys. It has been popular at our markets and we hope you enjoy its fresh flavour.
As always, we deeply appreciate your support for Willo’Wind Farm and small, local, organic farming. In a world that seems stormy and uncertain, it is known to be a fact that having a farm close to your heart is a great ballast!
