In Your Bin Sept. 9th: Planning for Winter!
People are often astonished that we are still seeding and planting in September. In their minds we are harvesting squash and pumpkins and starting to relax.
Not so! Here at Willo’Wind we are getting ready for the Winter CSA and thinking spinach, salad mixes and more.
Our Winter CSA 2025 – 2026 begins in November. Your early sign up will help us in this stage of the season as we plan and get ready for winter. The Word version of the CSA application can be downloaded here, completed and emailed back to us. The online form will be available later this month.
Early Bird Special: The first 10 people to sign up with a first payment will receive their choice of a 500 ml bottle of Maple Syrup or 1kg bottle of Honey!
In Your Bin:
Regular Share: Basil, Beans, Potatoes, Kale, Cabbage, Onions, Fennel, Squash, Plums
Large Share: Regular Plus: Garlic, Celery, Radishes, Beets, Tomatoes
