Berry season is here and in your bin this week you will enjoy fresh, organic strawberries from our good friends at Lunar Rhythm Gardens and Haskaps from Willo’Wind!

Strawberries you are familiar with but Haskaps may be new to you. Also known as Honeyberries, this fruit bearing plant is from the Honeysuckle family and rich in antioxidants. You enjoy it the same way you would blueberries – fresh, sauce, frozen, in a pie etc.. Beware its power to stain, but the flavour is well worth the care!
