Beef Prices Are Rising!!!
After the mad cow crisis a few years back the beef industry took a major hit. Prices for beef animals dropped to record lows and a lot of producers, due to high feed costs, sold their herds. However, beef prices today are hitting and exceeding record highs, resulting in a huge demand for live beef animals across the country. Animals that were selling for less then $300 are now selling for $1500 or more. In order to compete and remain in this industry we regrettably have had to increase our beef prices.
